Conflict Management
Are workplace conflicts holding the team back? It only takes a couple team members to be at each others’ throats constantly to sabotage the team’s progress. Conflicts rarely disappear just by wishing them away.
Both sides must be allowed to “air” their grievances and ideally work towards a consensus to allow the team(s) to move forward. This is an ideal first step.
If consensus cannot be achieved, we recommend Mediation. We are certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mediation will allow an objective third party to provide their recommendation on the outstanding dispute. The adoption of the recommendation remains voluntary.
