Gillian Rauseo is the Chief People Officer of Custom Talent HR Solutions, a consulting company with a laser like resolve to deliver custom solutions. She partners to design and execute practical talent solutions for leaders who are poised for growth as well as companies who are struggling to maintain profitability/sustainability.
Gillian is an experienced executive who delivers excellence time and time again. For more than 20 years, she has consulted with Fortune 500 leaders across various industries such as Energy, Healthcare, Manufacturing and IT. She spent more than a decade with NRG Energy leading their Talent Management Group. Prior to this, she held multiple human resources and talent leadership roles at BMC Software, Texas Children’s Hospital, Ricoh USA and Yeshiva University. Under Gillian’s guidance, executives and leaders expanded their talents and maximized their teams’ potential to deliver stronger performance and business outcomes.
Approachable and business savvy, Gillian’s creativity shines forth in her ability to design custom strategic solutions based upon her extensive expertise in talent identification and development as well as proactive human resources programs and policies. Her focus is on developing effective leadership at all levels with the aim of igniting employee innovation and passion towards stronger business results.
Qualifications
Gillian holds an MBA from Baruch College, City University of New York and a Bachelor of Science from The University of the West Indies in Public Administration. In addition, she has honed her ability to coach and develop others through multiple certifications – emotional intelligence, leadership development, personality assessments, etc.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Gillian has been joyfully serving in her church as Administrator/Treasurer for the last twelve years. In addition, for the past sixteen years, she has supported the Zimbabwe Soup Kitchen whose mission is to feed hungry, needy children.
